Delete your account

How to delete

1. Sign in to BuckPattern.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete account.
4. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

What is removed

• Your account and profile, and your sign-in identity
• Properties, boundaries, field features and property images
• Cameras and camera install history
• Imported photos and every derived thumbnail or preview file
• Encounters, animal observations, review decisions and corrections
• Property intelligence profiles, findings and reports
• Terrain and landscape results, grids, features and exposure data
• Buck profiles, notifications, import batches and queued processing jobs

Stored image files are purged before the account itself is removed. If that purge cannot finish, the deletion stops and nothing is removed, so you can retry rather than leave orphaned private photos behind.

What is retained

A minimal audit entry recording that a deletion happened is retained, detached from your identity. Support messages you sent us may be retained in de-identified form for operational integrity.

This cannot be undone

Deletion is immediate and permanent. If you only want to remove part of your history, you can delete individual photos, encounters, cameras or properties instead. Questions: Support.
