Common questions

An import stopped partway. Reopen the batch from Import history — items already uploaded are remembered, and retrying only sends what is missing. Duplicate photos are rejected rather than re-added.
The AI got an animal wrong. Correct it in review. Your correction wins over the AI, and every downstream count and finding recomputes.
Intelligence says there is not enough history. That is deliberate. BuckPattern withholds a claim rather than guessing from thin evidence.
Terrain shows a layer as unavailable. A public mapping service was temporarily unreachable. The rest of the analysis is still valid, and the layer refills on the next run.
